Welcome to M\u0142yn Studios, located in the historic part of Lodz, called Ksi\u0119\u017cy M\u0142yn. We are committed to making you feel at home here.<\/p>

  1. Silence at night<\/strong>
    In order to ensure all tenants rest and recuperation, you are required to observe curfew from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.<\/li>
  2. Reception<\/strong>
    The reception is located in the former fire station building on Ksi\u0119\u017cy M\u0142yn and is open weekdays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Outside reception hours, if you need any assistance, please contact us at: 793 210 423<\/strong>.<\/li>
  3. Collection of parcels and letters<\/strong>
    If you wish, we can pick up the letter or package for you. Be sure to include your exact address:
    name, surname, apartment number

    You will be informed by email about the receipt of the package or letter.
    You can pick up your correspondence and packages on weekdays from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm at the reception desk.<\/li>
  4. Internet<\/strong>
    The M\u0142yn Studios provides you with a WiFi network, but is not responsible for how it is used. You are responsible for using the Internet in accordance with the law. In particular, the tenant is not allowed to use the network for activities that are against the law, good morals or that threaten the security of the network. The tenant may not provide network access data to third parties.

    Internet access is provided by giving the Tenant a login and password.<\/p>

    The tenant is not allowed to use the network for activities that violate the law, good morals, threaten the security of the network, in particular:<\/p>

    1. use the network for illegal activities, such as by transmitting, sharing or using content or materials that violate the rights of third parties, especially those subject to intellectual property protection,<\/li>
    2. upload or share content that may violate personal rights,<\/li>
    3. Use networks to send out unsolicited advertising content in bulk,<\/li>
    4. distribute computer viruses and other programs that can damage Internet users’ devices,<\/li>
    5. use systems and applications beyond the average use of the Internet, posing the risk of excessive load on the network infrastructure,<\/li>
    6. Provide network access data to third parties,<\/li>
    7. conduct commercial activities through the network,<\/li>
    8. undertake activities that could be considered potentially dangerous to the operation of the network.<\/li><\/ol>

      We do not consent to the installation of antennas.<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

    9. Kitchenette and bathroom<\/strong>
      There is a bathroom and a kitchenette at each unit. All tenants are responsible for cleaning. The kitchenettes are equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, oven and dishwasher. To avoid clogged pipes, don’t throw leftover food or paper towels into the toilet, sink and basin.<\/li>
    10. Waste<\/strong>
      You are responsible for sorting and disposing of garbage. Waste should be sorted into:
      • paper,<\/li>
      • organic waste,<\/li>
      • plastic,<\/li>
      • Glass,<\/li>
      • other.<\/li><\/ul>

        Garbage containers are located on the property in the place designated for this purpose – the pergola next to Building A.<\/p><\/li>

      • Rooms<\/strong>
        All defects in the rooms and common spaces should be reported immediately by phone at +48 793 210 423<\/strong> or by email at office@mlyn-studios.com.<\/strong>
        Remember that you are fully responsible for keeping the room in good condition. You are not allowed to make repairs on your own, unless confirmed in writing by the building manager.<\/li>
      • Access to the building<\/strong>
        Only tenants and their guests have access to the building. You are fully responsible for the guests you brought into the building. The tenant is jointly and severally liable for damages caused by the guest.
        If you lose your keys, contact the front desk immediately. The fee for making keys is PLN 150, and for opening the room if you leave your card in the room – PLN 50.<\/li>
      • Smoking, alcohol, drugs, gambling<\/strong>
        Smoking tobacco products, electronic cigarettes and tobacco warmers is prohibited in rooms and common spaces. Violation of the ban carries a fine of PLN 500. Smoking is allowed only outside the building.
        Alcohol consumption is allowed, but we suggest moderation. It is forbidden to consume alcohol in common areas. Consuming, bringing in, manufacturing and using drugs and organizing gambling are prohibited.<\/li>
      • Parking<\/strong>
        Car parking is prohibited in the dormitory. Bicycles and scooters should be parked in a designated area.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
